UNICAL SUG AWARDS HONRABLE MEMBER

The Students Union Government, University of Calabar has honoured Rt. Hon. Owan Enoh the Member representing Obubra/Etung Federal Constituency of Cross River State in the Federal House of Representatives.

While presenting the award, the Chairman, SUG Award Committee, Comr. Innocent Echeng described the house member as an individual with a full taste of leadership charistma. We have recognized multiplicity of your efforts in transforming the lives of youths in your community and in Cross River state. You are a worthy representative of our land and true ambassador of Unical.

Comr. Echeng noted that the award was coming at the right time; a time when people don’t see the good achievements of anybody occupying one political office or the other. But we have seen the good things which mark your political office.

Rt. Hon. Enoh, in his reaction said “i don’t believe in blowing my trumpet but i prefer it when another does the blowing. I don’t know what and what you have seen but I am happy that you have realised some of my efforts in the state. It is not by might or power but God is by my side. I am so happy for today and I pray that God will reward you.
